The Cambria - Regatta Quay update
Dear Residents,
We are pleased inform you that the scaffolding of Sequence 3 of The Cambria building has now been successfully completed and handed over to us. Next week we will continue with the scaffolding of Sequence 4.
On sequence one, this week we have also removed all of the adhesive from the rendered wall ready for the new render.
Also on sequence one, we have removed all of the concrete boards and installed 80% the new Kemwall system, we expect this to be finished next Wednesday (June 18th).
We have now installed the new Siniat weatherproof boarding above the Wiff Waff bar.
Over on to sequence two, the demolition is now 90% complete and next week we will start the installation of the replacement Kemwall system.
Over to Sequence 4 and we have started the scaffolding from Pizza express to the 13th floor, we are currently at the 5th floor removing the existing tiles and insulation for the scaffolders to tie into the building.
